“Sorrowful Rice” is a signature dish created by Chef Dai Lung in Stephen Chow’s 1996 movie “God of Cookery”. It is a bowl of pork belly char siew, with a sunny-side-up egg on rice. This is an iconic dish from Hong Kong and Chef Dai Lung will demonstrate how to prepare the original “Sorrowful Rice”.
