- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
- Garam Masala powder 1/2 tsp

- Mustard oil 4 tbsp
- Cloves 3pcs
- Bay leaf 5pcs
- Cinnamon stick 1 inch
- Green cardamom 5pcs
- Green chillies 3pcs
- Onion (chopped) 2 cups
- Ginger (chopped) 1 tsp
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tsp
- Tomato (chopped with seeds) 1 cup
- Curd (whisked with 2 tsp Maida) 1 cup
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Kasuri Methi 2 tbsp
