Born and raised in England, Ashley Salmon became a chef from his early teens, working with Simon Rogan’s team at Michelin-starred, 5AA-Rosette-awarded L’Enclume in 2015 and sister restaurant Rogan & Co in 2018. Currently, Ashley is Head Chef of Roganic and Aulis Hong Kong, Simon Rogan’s first overseas restaurant venture.
