- Cold brew coffee (1:9, coffee: water, soak for 14 hours before usage)

Being the 2015 World Class Hong Kong & Macau champion, Antonio is also author of two cocktail books, a speaker at multiple international seminars and consultant for prestigious hotels and bars worldwide.
Mr Timmy Lam is Omotesando Koffee and Koffee Mameya Hong Kong Head Barista. Timmy is an award-winning barista at Omotesando Koffee and Koffee Mameya Hong Kong. Timmy has competed twice in Hong Kong Coffee in Good Spirits Championship, in his first attempt at 2018, he was ranked the 4th place. In 2019 , he took the championship home and represented Hong Kong in the World Coffee in Good Spirits at Berlin and got 2nd place in the world.
